I visited my friend Erica in Alexandria,VA this past weekend and we made an awesome shrimp, feta and dill pasta dish for din din and then for dessert was our irish take on funfetti!
We took the easy approach to baking and got white cake mix and creamy frosting! thank you green food coloring and sprinkles!
my inspiration this time was from la tartine gourmande and from tartelette.
I bought a huge bag of almonds and made the flour, finally with a blender’s help…not from the elusive mortar and pestle that I thought would solve my dilemma.
