Holy Frijoles May 14, 2008
Yesterday I chopped off about 5 inches of hair off my head, and it was so nice out I decided to forego slaving in the kitchen for a fun dinner outing with sista!
Check out the food: I got veggie taquitos (the frying was perfect!) and laura got beef tacos. The salsa is delicious there and the atmosphere is so hipster chic. (almost too hipster for me..but not at all for crazy laura!) For my celebratory enjoyment I got the mango margarita! woo weeeee.

I’ve never had the veggie taquitos there, maybe I’ll try them next time!
Two questions:
1) Did you get your hair cut at Sprout?
2) Did you see anything there that would confirm that tacos really are $1 on Tuesdays?
Yeah they were tasty! I was trying to go easy on stuffing my face…
Two answers:
1) actually no! I saw that there and it looks really cool! I went to hair by elite in timo (been going there since I was little).
2) There was no mention of that cheap deal! darn! that would have been awesome…we did get there after 7…it might have been a happy hour deal, but probably not… where did you hear such a rumor?
