Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Fresh Raspberries

Our Sunday morning feast was a delightful and extremely tasty one!

Megan got this recipe from her beloved mama and I think we duplicated it very well!

1.25 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tsp salt

1 beaten egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons oil

3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1) Sift the first ingredients together and whisk the second ingredients together.
2) Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix to blend, then fold in chips!
3) Heat up skillet and coat with 1 tbsp butter. Pour 1/4 cup dollops onto the skillet and cook each side for about 2.5 minutes!
4) Serve with fresh raspberries and thoroughly enjoy!
